Production of Plants statistics are one of the hardest things to come by especially for potted plants or plants grown at green houses. This list represents the top ten grown plants for 2005 and 2006 in Canada. Some of these plants are potted and some are variations of species of plants however, those are specified. This list does not include all of the plants that were grown in substantial amounts but more data can be found in the resources. The report written by the Greenhouse Sod and Nursery Industry contains alot of information about the number of workers in the industry and area used to grow these plants.
